Construction development for TREK in Municipal Buildings, Samos island, GR
TREK awarded the construction development in three different Municipal buildings, in Samos, in terms of energy efficiency and upgrade. Following two international tenders, TREK to rebuild and deliver a full scale of energy efficiency works in Public use buildings, in Samos island, owned by the Municipality of Eastern Samos, North Aegean, GR. The works awarded is 668.000 EUR, and project duration 11 months.in particular TREK to provide Works derived as follows:
For the first building:
1) Internal thermal insulation of opaque surfaces.
2) Installation of an Air-Water Heat Pump for Heating
3) Installation of Α+ Air Conditioning Units (split type)
4) Energy Data Recording & Display System
For the second and third building:
1) Internal Thermal Insulation of opaque surfaces,
2) Replacement of Frames
3) Installation of Air Conditioning Units (split type)
4) Replacement of lighting with LEDs
5) Energy Data Recording & Display System.
All building will go through a new electrical wiring installation, new electrical panels and switch boards, according to safety and regulations standards.
In addition TREK will provide and install LED lighting systems, in Pythagorean street Samos, including the masts and the lamps.
